Making Healthy Food Menu from Yogurt Yummy Dairy

There are several benefits that you can get from consuming yogurt. Such as yogurt can be lose weight, lowering high blood pressure, maintaining heart health, etc. In addition to consumed, yogurt can also be used as a good scrub to maintain healthy skin. If you want to get benefits of yogurt to keep your body always healthy, so you can process yogurt become healthy food.

These are two of healthy food menu that you can try in order to have a healthy body namely:

  1. Berry Yogurt Bark
    To make this food menu, you must prepare some ingredients such as 450 grams of greek yogurt (you can choose greek yogurt from Yummy Dairy brand), then, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of dried cranberry fruit, 1 tablespoon of raisins. And ingredients for topping are 5 pieces of fresh strawberries, 1 tablespoon of dark chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of dried grated coconut.
    If all the ingredients have ready, so you can combine yogurt with honey and stir until that ingredients distributed. After that, you can enter the cranberries and raisins and stir again until mixed all. Then, you cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and then pour your yogurt dough over it. Flatten and spread the dough. After that, sprinkle pieces of strawberries, Choco chips and dry grated coconut on the top of dough. Then, insert baking sheet into the freezer. Freeze the dough for several hours until it is frozen. After it frozen perfectly, you can remove and solve yogurt bark.
  2. Yogurt Popsicle
    To make this menu is so very easy, you must prepare 240 gram plain yogurt (choose Yummy Dairy brand), fresh fruits such as bananas, strawberries, blueberries, and honey. After all ingredients have ready, you can combine yogurt with fresh fruits, honey into food processor, and then, pour the yogurt into Popsicle ice cream sheet. Then, freeze it until frozen.
